New electric bills in Portugal

I received the first electric bill of 2010 and it now has a pie chart with indication on sources of energy (mix for November 2009).
- about 44% fossil fuels
- about 6% nuclear energy (from France and Spain possibly)
- about 41% wind + hidro
I'm guessing that the 2% other is from solar power and maybe biomass.
